Tatry Art

Art and nature come together in the Tatry Art project, which brings an artistic dimension to the high-mountain environment of Starý Smokovec and Tatranská Lomnica. The Tatras will thus become an open-air gallery. Regional artists will create and educate visitors directly in the Tatra landscape – works of art that visitors can take home with them will be created and inspired by the landscape, history and cultural heritage. The public can look forward to creating their own artwork under expert guidance in public spaces, with both children and adults invited to take part.

Both projects connect culture, health and nature – three values that are inherent to the Tatras and which together create a powerful experience for both locals and visitors.

This summer, the Tatras will offer more than just breathtaking views – they will also provide meaningful experiences with added value.
