Avalanche Office

The Avalanche Agency offers a number of interesting activities in the mountainous areas of Slovakia, but especially in the High Tatras. Electric bicycles are on offer, along with an educational program in the mountains. In the summer, they focus on courses in alpine meteorology, courses in alpine terrain, Ferrata courses, or educational excursions on the topics of glaciation in the High Tatras and the search for remnants of this activity. The Avalanche Agency can also provide experienced and professional guides in the field of nature tourism, environmental lectures, wildlife observation, or getting to know plants in nature. Specialized experts are available for all these activities.

Lesmír

Lesmír is a guide to educational trails in the form of a mobile application. It will enable you to get to know nature actively – in the outdoors. In the video, the expert will explain where you are and what is interesting in the area. The videos also include cartoon animations, historical images of the landscape, and exclusive footage of wild animals. Lesmír offers various educational trails – each is focused on one comprehensive topic. It will present the life of one of the forest inhabitants, or the functioning of the ecosystem as a whole. The trails lead along a specific route in nature and consist of stops located along the entire length of the trail. A short explanatory video, captions, images and other interactive content await at each stop. When you want to go out into nature with Lesmír, plan a trip along the route of one of the trails – with each one you will find information about where the route starts, how difficult it is and how long it takes. Before visiting the educational trail, it is necessary to download the trail in the app, ideally through WiFi, due to the size of the files. Thanks to this, all videos will be played smoothly even in places where there is no signal. Then just come to the beginning of the route, start the trail in the app and let yourself be guided. The application notifies you of individual stops when you approach them on the route. Mountain Kingdom travel agency deals with the organization of activities in the mountain environment of Slovakia, Poland and other European locations. It provides the services of international mountain guides and tourist guides in tourism. However, the travel agency operates mainly in the High and Low Tatras, Slovak Paradise, Mala and Veľká Fatra. The offer includes one-day and multi-day activities in summer and winter. The domain of this travel agency is high-altitude hiking, conquering more easily accessible peaks, as well as via ferrata or organizing courses in mountain environments, snowshoeing, avalanche courses and courses in basic ski mountaineering skills.

Young travel agency and outdoor agency Tatras Active Holidays specializing in stays, programs and activities related to sports (traditional and extreme), nature and mountains. Mountain Guide Association High Tatras

The Mountain Guides Association brings together leaders with a valid international certificate UIAGM-IVBV-IFMGA, which are abbreviations for the worldwide Union of Mountain Guides. They provide leadership and guide services in mountainous terrain throughout the year. In addition to guide services, they also organize ski mountaineering tours, ice climbing, avalanche courses, etc.

Pieniny sport centrum

Our business deals with hiring rafts and a guided tour down the river Dunajec. We also deal with hiring of kayaks, canoes and mountain bikes. The river Dunajec is suitable for all of the boats / rafts that we hire to tourists. The river Dunajec is situated in beautiful canyon called Prielom Dunajca – Dunajec gorge. For 18 km the river Dunajec forms the border between Slovakia and Poland. The river Dunajec runs through the National park of Pieniny and every year thousand of tourists come here rafting. The rafts are also suitable for people, who never been in a boat or raft before. For example families with children, business trips, etc. You are accompanied by an instructor / guide.
