The 4 Elements Aqua pool complex at the Atrium Hotel consists of the Aqua complex, the Relax zone and the sauna world. In the Aqua zone, there are relaxation pools with a total water area of 93.03 m2 and a water depth of 1.5 m, a children’s pool with a total water area of 15.25 m2 and a water depth of 0.1 m to 0.4 m, a water slide that is 30.5 m long and children’s slides for our youngest guests. A direct part of the Aqua zone is a relaxation area with sun loungers and a pleasant sitting area. Pleasant relaxation will enhance the Pool bar with a rich offer of drinks and beverages, which is also located directly in the complex. The pool complex also includes 3 saunas (1 dry and 2 steam). Spa therapies are inspired by the four natural elements. They include a healing ritual that is combined with the best of Western therapies, focusing on a selection of procedures that are based on maintaining the vitality and balance of the four elements: WATER, EARTH, AIR and FIRE. The underground vital world has an interesting architectural solution and creates ideal conditions for relaxation. Here you will find three steam (herbal, citrus saunas) and two dry saunas. Perfect relaxation is complemented by tepidariums, a cooling pool and a shower world.

Wellness Centrum – Hotel Lesana

After sunbathing, hiking or a trip, the ideal idea is to relax in the wellness center of the Hotel Lesana in Stará Lesná. The center is equipped with a heated outdoor pool with outdoor barrel sauna, Finnish sauna, steam sauna with a temperature of 45 °C and relative humidity of 80-100%, infrared sauna with a temperature of 40 ° C and relative humidity of 10%, icefall, Kneipp bath to strengthen blood circulation in the legs, jacuzzi for 6 people, relaxation room, tepidarium for warming the whole body or massage cooling showers. The dry Finnish sauna with a temperature of 100 – 110 °C offers a beneficial activity for body and soul and thus ensures ideal relaxation. Its benefits include promoting relaxing, relieving fatigue and muscle pain, a beneficial effect on blood circulation, cleansing the skin, relieving stress and tension, removing impurities from the body, helping the immune system and promoting healthy sleep. Wellness at the hotel also offers massages and treatments under the hands of an experienced masseur. It offers classic massage, bank massage, bio coconut massage, lymphatic drainage massage, lava stone massage, reflex foot massage or aromatherapy massage. Wellness – Hotel Borovica

Wellness Hotel Borovica offers a wide range of services and procedures in the field of relaxation and regeneration. Water World offers a 20 m swimming pool, a children’s pool for toddlers, a jacuzzi or a hydromassage bath. On the terrace of the hotel you will also find an open-air whirlpool overlooking the beautiful Tatra nature. The sauna world includes Finnish, herbal, eucalyptus, Turkish sauna and infrared sauna. You can also fully enjoy the traditional sauna ritual Hammam in combination with a gentle peeling and a full-body massage with soap bubbles. As part of the procedures, the hotel offers aromatic, relaxing, children’s chocolate, aromatic for future mothers, pine, children’s aroma and honey massage. Also manual lymphatic drainage, head massage, chocolate and coffee whole body ritual, back massages, foot massages and massage with gemstones according to the sign.
